Job Description
- Supports the Organizational Development strategic agenda and annual goals through active involvement in key initiatives and projects.
- Monitors the holding company and subsidiaries’ structural dynamics, analyzes changes, and provides relevant insights.
- Assists in developing, enhancing, and governing HR frameworks, including competency frameworks, performance management systems, grading and job evaluation systems, as well as talent and leadership development and succession planning.
- Analyzes organizational HR needs through data and situational assessments and supports the development of aligned action plans with the direct manager.
- Coordinates with subsidiaries to track, analyze, and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual project progress and action plans.
- Provides analytical support and collaborates with the direct manager and cross-functional teams to deliver insights.
- Maintains and updates job descriptions across the holding company, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational structure.
- Organizes, archives, and analyzes Organizational Development databases and activities, ensuring proper governance and administration.
- Prepares and delivers reports, dashboards, and documentation related to OD initiatives and projects.
- Ensures data accuracy, documentation standards, and proper record-keeping within OD practices and systems.
Skills Description

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Behavior, or a related field from a reputable university. · Strong academic performance; high grades and honors are preferred. · 5-9 years of relevant professional experience in Organizational Development or Human Resources. · Postgraduate studies (e.g., Master’s degree or professional certifications) are considered an advantage. · Participation in HR functional or wellbeing-related extracurricular activities is a plus. · Demonstrated commitment, passion for continuous learning and professional growth. · Advanced proficiency in computer applications, report writing, and HR dashboard planning. · Experience in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage. · Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken) is required. |
